An Alternative to Working Out

Power Yoga is very much like Vinyasa or Ashtanga yoga, you move quickly from pose to pose the difference is you are building strength rather than flexibility. Power yoga poses are usually very intense and are cardio focused. The classes are designed to improve muscle, reduce fat, increase BMR, burn calories, basically its yoga for weight loss.







Final Thoughts 
1o minutes into the video I was sweating profusely. I don't know if it was really working or that I was totally out of shape. Plus side I didn't have to go to the gym! Workout done for the day.
