While reading through countless yoga books, blogs, websites and magazines. The one thing that they all mentioned was importance. It isn't enough to just say I'm starting yoga just because. Setting an intention is not the same as setting a goal, I decided that with every practice I am going to actively set my intention based on my feelings.
