Restorative Yoga in other words adult nap time. What sounds better than that?! Restorative yoga is designed to help you learn to relax and meditate. It has been proven that deep meditation benefits body and mind. It helps with lowering blood pressure and sugar levels as well as improving our digestive system, releasing muscle tension and combating insomnia.







Anything involving a pillow, I'm down! 


Final Thoughts
I practiced the poses several times before going to sleep and I noticed a little bit of a difference. Definitely going to try again!
