Over the course of writing this blog I have to say I now know the difference between cow pose and child pose. My balance has definitely improved as well as my flexibility. I feel for a Lazy Girl I definitely have more energy and once in a blue moon I actually wake up before my alarm clock and I owe this to the benefits of practicing yoga. Although I have to admit I didn't practice regularly I feel a better person for trying. So I leave you with this quick fun quiz in hope of you readers to try yoga for yourself.
